Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to provide you with efficient and professional service on every visit.  Leaves will be cleared from your lawn area to your street curb October 1 through early November [leaves need to be cleared by either the homeowner or Greenview in order to mow your lawn].  Leaves may be hauled away at an additional cost of $35 per truckload.

Final leaf clean-up will be in November, weather permitting.

Lawn Fertilizer Program
[5-steps to a healthier lawn]

Our experts will customize a 5-step lawn treatment program to suit your particular needs.  We will be using organic based fertilizer that is environmentally friendly.  Our service includes crabgrass control, weed control, [2] fertilizations and a premium fall winterizer.

We can provide grub and insect control treatment at an additional cost if necessary.

Lawn Services

Aeration:  We will punch 3” X 1” holes into your lawn to allow moisture and fertilizer to reach the grass roots for a healthier greener lawn.  We recommend aerating once a year.  Sprinkler systems and invisible fences must be flagged.

Dethatching:  Our dethatching will remove any dead grass embedded in your lawn using a motor powered rake.  We then remove all the dead thatch from your property and mow your lawn too.  We recommend dethatching every other year.

Lawn Rolling:  We recommend rolling of your lawn once a year for a smoother flatter lawn.
