Give a thin or compacted lawn the attention it needs. Greenview Team offers lawn aeration, overseeding, dethatching and lawn rolling as individual services or as part of a maintenance plan.
Lawn aeration and overseeding
Aeration removes small soil cores to help relieve compaction. Overseeding introduces additional grass seed into an existing lawn. We review the lawn before recommending either service and discuss preparation, timing and watering after seeding.
Dethatching
Dethatching addresses a buildup of thatch when the lawn needs it. The condition of the turf and the time of year matter, so we assess whether this service is suitable for your property instead of assuming every lawn requires it.
Lawn rolling
Spring lawn rolling may be appropriate for some lawns with minor surface unevenness. It does not replace grading or correct a drainage problem. We can review your concerns and identify whether rolling or another type of lawn work is a better fit.
Coordinate your lawn care
Tell us about irrigation, recent treatments, bare areas and how the lawn is used. We can coordinate the recommended work with mowing, fertilization or a larger lawn renovation project in our service area.
Common questions
Do aeration and overseeding have to be purchased together?
The services can be reviewed separately. Your proposal lists the work recommended for your lawn.
Can rolling fix major low spots?
Major grade problems need a separate assessment. Rolling is not a substitute for soil preparation or regrading.
