Winters in Western New York can be brutal on your landscaping. When spring rolls around, you’ll want to insure your investment and get your yard back in tip-top shape for the great weather ahead. Spring is an important time for landscapes. Plants and trees are preparing to come “alive” and beds need to be refreshed and nourished. During our spring clean-ups we will:
- Clean winter’s debris (lawn and shrub beds)
- Prune winter injury to shrubs and small trees (up to 10 feet)
- Trim & shape shrubs as seasonally recommended
- Cut back dead ornamental grasses
- Detail any perennials needing attention
- Weed all beds
- Apply weed preventer
- Edge & shape existing beds to a depth of appx. 4 inches
- Straighten all tilting trees (up to 2″ in diameter)
- Remove old tree stakes (2 years or older)
- Replenish mulch to existing beds
- Haul away all resulting debris from your property
Regardless of the amount of clean-up you did last fall, there is always more to do to get your lawn and landscape ready for the growing season. Give the Greenview Team a few hours to clean things up and you will be rewarded with a healthier and more vigorous landscape that will make your yard the envy of the neighborhood.
